She invites her students to listen to, and honor their body in a loving way, challenging with gentleness, while riding the waves of breathe.

Tara teaches with creativity, passion & compassion creating a safe space to be and grow. Yoga has helped Tara to heal emotionally, spiritually and physically in countless ways so she feels blessed to have the opportunity to share the healing gift of yoga and meditation with others. She believes yoga can benefit every body therefore her classes are appropriate and accessible for any level student.  Tara has experience working with diverse populations including prenatal students, corporations, womens’ groups, public school teachers, kids, teens, brides, AIDS recovery groups, seniors, chair yoga, teaching at retreats and private students.
